Introducing the new client page layout

Created by Rocky Webster, Modified on Thu, 10 Aug, 2023 at 5:43 PM by Rocky Webster

The client page layout has been redesigned.

The last couple of development phases have seen the layout of Client Voices get more complex. As a result it was getting harder to navigate and some features had become so tucked away that people forgot they existed.

The client page layout has been changed to:

  • Make navigation more intuituve.
  • Put everything out in the open for you to see, so no features are hidden.
  • Make obscure features like Reasons for hardship, Financial Procedures etc more visible
  • Make it clear where forms have not yet been completed.

Goals have been removed from the new case form, so you’re no longer expected to write goals before you’re ready to.

I encourage you to explore the new layout. Otherwise here is a tour of the new layout.
