Appointments and no-shows can be logged for the future, or for appointments and no-shows which happed in the past.
1 - Navigate to the Appointments page by clicking Appointments in the main menu.
2 - Click on the Add appointment/no show button.
3 - If the appointment is for an existing client, begin typing their name into the Client field. If it's for a person who isn't a client yet, click on the Add new client button to add a new client.
Note: Adding a new client here just creates a stub account where only the first and last name of the client are *Required. This is so you can add the rest of the intake details later if the client actually turns up.
4 - The Financial mentor field will default to your name. But you can change that if you need to.
5 - Click on the Appointment date field to choose which day the appointment is for.
6 - If the appointment is actually a no-show which happened in the past, click Yes on the Is this a no show field. Otherwise leave it as no.
7 - Enter the Appointment start time and the Appointment end time.
8 - Click on the Save button.
9 - Appointments or no-shows logged at a time in the past will appear in the Past tab, while upcoming appointments can be found in the Upcoming tab.
