Mark a missed appointment as a no show

If you have recorded an upcoming client appointment in Client Voices, but the client failed to show, you can change the appointment to a no show.


1 - Navigate to the Appointments page


2 - Find the appointment record you're looking in the Past tab.




3 - Click on the No show checkbox to mark it as a no show.
