deally, you would enter information into Client Voices while your client was sitting with you. But, of course, that’s not always possible, and sometimes you’ll need to create a Session on a different day from the one the actual appointment took place.

 

When you create a new Session, Client Voices will enter today’s date as the Session date. But you can change it if you need to, and there are two ways to do that.

 

 

Change the Session date from the Case page

 

In the Session table on the Case page, you can see the Date of each Session.

 

To the right of each Session is a button labelled Edit details. Click this button.

 

 

Clicking this will open the Edit session details modal. Here you can change, the Session date, Session length and the Session value.

 

 

Click the Save button to commit the changes.

 

 

 

 

Change the Session date from the Session page

 

You can find the Session date in the Session header and date on the Session page.

 

To change the Session date, click the Edit link.
