Record the time you spent with your client

You can record the actual amount of time a session took.


This information is not yet reportable, it currently exists as a way for you and your manager to sight the actual length of time the appointment took.


1 - Navigate to the client record containing the session you wish to record the duration of.


2 - Click on the Edit details link next to the session you wish to record your time spent against.





3 - Enter the number of hours you spent with your client. into the Length (hours) field. You can use fractions to indicate parts of an hour (eg 1.5 indicates an hour and a half).


Note: Date always defaults to today and Value always defaults to 1. 




4 - Click on the Save button.



5 - The length of time is now visible on the case table.
