The value of a session is the session amount chargeable to MSD. Learn more about MSD sessions here

When you create a new Session in Client Voices, the value of the Session defaults to 1. This is the value MSD puts on a single face to face appointment with a client.

However, there are times when the face to face session is extremely short, or extremely long.

If you don’t feel your extremely short session warrants, you can lower the session value.

The lowest you can make a session is 0.25, then 0.5, then 1. All numbers smaller than 1 will round to one of these numbers.

For extremely long sessions (more than 90 minutes), you may want to make the session count higher than 1.
