Change the value of a Session

When you create a session, Client Voices will automatically add 1 session to you reportable total.


But you can change that number if your session went undertime or overtime, as per MSD BFC Guidelines.

 

1 - Navigate to the client record which contains the session you wish to make the change to.


2 - In the session table, find the session you want to update


2 - Click the Edit details link on the session you want to change the session value for.




3 - Click on the Value field to change the value of the session. 




4 - Click on the Save button.


The change in value will be reflected in the session table.
