Every Client Voices user must have an email attached to their account. This is so that Client Voices can verify who you are.
Client Voices uses this when:
- You create a new user account
- When you’re changing your login email address
- When you change your password
- When using the “forgot my password” feature
If you haven’t received an email you’re expecting from Client Voices yet, make sure to check your Junk or Spam folder.
If you’ve looked in your Junk or Spam folder and there’s no sign of the email, submit a support ticket so FinCap staff can help you.
