I forgot my password

Here is how you can reset your Client Voices password if you have forgotten it.


1 - On the login screen, click the Forgot your password link.




 2 - Enter your email address into the email field, and click the Next button.




3 - Client Voices will display the following message, informing you that you'll receive an email from Client Voices.




4 - Go to your email inbox and look for the email Client Voices has sent, it should look like the image below. You may have to check your junk or spam folder. 


5 - Open the email and click the Change my password link.




5 - Enter your new password into the New password field.


6 - Enter your new password again into the Retype password field.


7 - Click the Reset my password button.




Your password is now reset.
