Each Client Voices user requires a unique email address.
If your email address changes, you will need to update the email address in Client Voices too.
If you need to change your password, Client Voices will send a verification email to your email address. So if you haven't updated your email address, you will not receive the password reset email.
How to change your email address in Client Voices
Once you’ve logged in, you need to go to your Profile page Look for your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and place your curser over it until the dropdown appears.
1 - Find your name in the navigation bar and hover your cursor over it to reveal the dropdown menu.
2 - Click on My profile to open your profile settings.
3 - Click the Change email address link in the Sign in details section.
4. Enter your new email address into the New email field, then enter it again in the Confirm email field. Click the Confirm button.
Client Voices will send you an email to your new email address inviting you to confirm that that email address is actually yours. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, make sure to check your Junk or Spam folders.
Once you click the link in your email, your email address change will be complete.
