It’s vital that the email address you log into Client Voices with is one you have access to. If you need to change your password, Client Voices will send a verification email to your email address. So if your email address changes, you need to update it in Client Voices.


Once you’ve logged in, you need to go to your Profile page Look for your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and place your curser over it until the dropdown appears.

Then click on My profile.


At the top of the Profile page, you’ll see your email address, and a link to the right that says Change email address. Click that link.


You’ll then be taken to the Change your sign in email address page.


Enter your new email into the New email field, and enter it again into the Confirm email field.


Now click the Confirm button.

Client Voices will send you an email to you new email address which will ask you to confirm that that email address is actually yours. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, make sure to check your Junk or Spam folders.


Once you click the link in your email, your email address change will be complete!
