It’s good to change your password every once in a while. For the purpose of this article, let’s pretend we’re the kind of person who would actually do that.
Once you’ve logged in, you need to go to your Profile page Look for your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and place your curser over it until the dropdown appears.
Then click on My profile.
At the top of the Profile page, you’ll see your password, and a link to the right that says Change password. Click that link.
You’ll then be taken to the Change your password page.
The first thing you need to do here is enter your current password in to the Current password field.
Next, enter your flash new password into the New Password field. Your new email address must contain:
- At least 8 characters long
- One uppercase character
- One number
Then, enter your flash new password again into the Retype new password field.
Finally, click the Confirm button.
Client Voices will send you an email to alert you to you password change. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, make sure to check your Junk or Spam folders.
