When a client returns after their case has been closed, you will need to decide whether to reopen the original case or create a new one.
If you decide to create a new case, it can still be useful to use the budget worksheet from their old case as a template for starting the new case.
1 - Navigate to the client record and click the New Case button.
2 - Complete the Create a new case form and click the Create case button to save it.
3 - You will now see a new case with no sessions. Click the New Session button.
4 - Client Voices will now ask you if you’d like to Carry over income and expense items from previous case. Choose Yes and click Create.
You will now see a Budget Worksheet populated with income and expense items from the previous case.
