Good case notes are an essential element of good record keeping.
Here is how you find, add and delete client case notes.
1 - Navigate to the record of the client you wish to add notes to.
2 - Click on Notes in the side-navigation menu.
3 - Click the Add new client note button.
4 - Type your note. See the image below for available formatting options.
5 - Click the Save note button.
