Change a client case from one-off to ongoing (or vice versa)

A One-off client is one who you only expect to attend one or two sessions, not enough to properly engage in financial mentoring.


An Ongoing case is a client case where the client continues to participate in financial mentoring with the intent on achieving better financial capability.


It is common for you initial assessment of whether the case is one-off or ongoing to change. 


Here is how to change a client from One-off to Ongoing (or vice versa).


1 - Navigate to the Client record.


2 - Click on the View case details button, or click on Current case in the side navigation menu. They take you to the same place.




3 - Click the Edit case details button.



4 - Change Engagement level  to Ongoing advice or One-off advice. Then click on the Save button.
