The Client case is what we call the period of time from when your client arrives at your service presenting with an issue that needs to be resolved, to the time you and the client agree the issue is resolved (or the client simply stops coming back).
Read Guidelines for closing a Client Case if you're not sure when to close a case.
1 - Navigate to the client record you wish to close the case for.
2 - Click on Current case in side-navigation menu.
3 - Click on the Close case button.
4 - Complete the Close Case form, paying special attention to *Required fields.
Note: If you haven't already completed the final Wellbeing-Hauora Reflection, Client Voices will ask you to complete it now. Don't worry if you don't have the client with you to complete it, it can still be completed later.
4 - Click the Close case button at the bottom of the form.
