The client list is designed to make it as easy as possible for you find a client.

There are three major filters on the client list.

1. Search

2. Date filter

3. More filters

Search

1 - Type the name, phone number or client number into the Search field. The list of clients will search for results that match as you type.

Date filters

This feature helps you find a case within a specific date range.

1 - Click the Filter by date dropdown box to choose what criteria to apply your date to.

Date case opened: Looks for clients where the open date of the case falls within the date range.

Date case closed: Looks for clients where the close date of the case falls within the date range.

Date of session: Looks for clients where at least one session took place within the date range.

2 - Click on the Start date field and choose the beginning date for your date range.

3 - Click the End date field and choose the end date for your date range.

4 - Click the Apply filter button.

Client Voices will show you the date range has been applied.

More filters

There is a set of filters you can use to narrow your search further.

Here is how to use the filters.

1 - Click on the More filters button.

2 - Click on any of the dropdown boxes to filter your client list by case open status, mentor assigned, ethnicity, gender, age range or funding group.

3 - Click the Apply button to apply the filters.
