Deactivate a staff member

 When a staff member leaves your service, you will need to revoke their access to Client Voices.

 

1 - Navigate to the Staff page.


2 - Find the staff member whose access you wish to deactivate.


3 - Click on the Deactivate button.




4 - Client Voices will ask you if you're sure you want to deactivate this staff member's account. If you're sure, click on the Deactivate button.




5 - Filter your staff list by Inactive to view all deactivated users.
