The Reasons for hardship is a matrix of common causes of hardship for clients.
The purpose of this exercise is to build a clear picture of the major causes of financial hardship in your community.
Understanding causes of financial hardship will help your budgeting service develop strategies to prevent people getting into financial trouble in your community.
1 - Navigate to the latest session of the client record.
2 - Click on the Update reasons for hardship and financial procedures accordion.
3 - Click on the checkbox next to the reasons for hardship your client is experiencing.
4 - Click on the Confirm button to save your changes.
You can check as many reasons as you think apply to the client. And you can update it anytime throughout the client case as you learn more about your client's situation.
