Your Profile in Client Voices contains your name, email, password, phone number and permission settings. Go to the Profile page anytime you need to make changes to any of these details.
To get there, look for your name in the top right-hand side of the screen. Hold your curser over your name until the menu opens.
Click on My Profile.
Then click on My profile.
At the top of the Profile page, you’ll see your email address, and a link to the right that says Change email address. Click that link.
Otherwise, if you and to change any of these details, click the Edit button.
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Emergency contact name
- Emergency contact phone number
- Permissions (if you’re a manager)
When you’ve clicked the Edit button, you’ll see all the fields open up so you can change the details in them.
Once you’ve made the changes you want, look for the Save button at the bottom of the screen and click it.
Tada! Your details are up to date!
