Note: If you have deleted a client record in error, FinCap can recover the record for you so long as it was deleted within the last 30 days.
There are two reasons you’d want to delete a client record.
- You created the record by accident, or perhaps you created a record for a client who never showed in the end.
- The client case is long finished, and you no longer need the client record (even for statistical purposes).
Here’s how we remove that client from the system.
1 - Navigate to the client record you wish to delete.
2 - Click on Case details in the side navigation menu.
3 - Click the Delete client button.
4 - Client Voices will present the following message asking if you're sure you want to delete the client. If you're sure, click the Delete button.
The Client record is now deleted.
