Delete a client record

Note: If you have deleted a client record in error, FinCap can recover the record for you so long as it was deleted within the last 30 days.


There are two reasons you’d want to delete a client record.

 

  1. You created the record by accident, or perhaps you created a record for a client who never showed in the end.
  2. The client case is long finished, and you no longer need the client record (even for statistical purposes).

 

Here’s how we remove that client from the system.

 

1 - Navigate to the client record you wish to delete.


2 - Click on Case details in the side navigation menu.

 



 3 - Click the Delete client button.




4 - Client Voices will present the following message asking if you're sure you want to delete the client. If you're sure, click the Delete button.



 

The Client record is now deleted.
