Note: If you have deleted a client case in error, FinCap can recover the record so long as it was deleted within the last 30 days.
1 - Navigate to the Client Record you wish to delete the existing case from.
2 - Click on the View case details button, or on Current case in the side navigation menu.
3 - Click the Delete case button.
4 - Client Voices will present the following message asking you if you're sure you want to delete the case. If you are sure, click the Delete button.
The Client case is now deleted.
