You will need the appropriate Permissions in order to create a case for a client.


You may have accidentally marked a Client case as One-off instead of Ongoing. Or, even better, you’ve persuaded a One-off client to continue to work with you to improve their situation!


Here’s we’ll assume you’re already on your client’s Client case page.


In the Client case below, you can see a switch labelled Ongoing.



Simply click the switch and it will change to One-off.




And that’s all you need to do!
