Opt-in to share your report with MSD

If your organisation receives BFC Core or BFC Plus funding from MSD, you can choose to have your quarterly measures automatically generated for MSD.

To be clear, MSD does not have any access to Client Voices. They receive the report by the following process:

1. Client Voices automatically generates the report every quarter.
2. FinCap will download the prepared report.
3. FinCap will securely transfer the report to MSD.

Here is a demo version of the report MSD will receive. 

As you can see, it contains no identifiable information or client level data. The numbers in this report will be exactly the same as those in the MSD Measures section of your onscreen Client Voices report.  

How to opt-in

You must have admin level permissions to do this.

1 - Navigate to your service settings page.

2 - Scroll down to the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) Settings section. Click the Edit button.

3 - If you haven't already, change Is your service funded by MSD to Yes.

4 - Change Do you want to have your Quarterly MSD Measures report automatically shared with MSD? to Yes.

5 - Click on the Update info button.

Your Quarterly Provider Report will now be supplied to MSD by FinCap, on your behalf.
