Stop providing quarterly reports to MSD

Services using Client Voices have the option of having their quarterly reports automatically delivered to MSD each quarter. This is an opt-in feature which you must turn on.

If MSD have stopped funding your service, you will need to turn this feature off.

1 – Hover the cursor over your name in the top right-hand to see the menu.

2 – Click on the link (yours will say the name of your service).

3 – Scroll down to the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) settings and click the Edit button.

4 – Change all three options to No and click on the Update info button.

MSD will no longer receive any reporting information from your service.
