Deleting a debt item will remove it from all sessions, past, present and future.
You should only delete a debt item if you entered it in error.
If you need to remove a debt to show what has been resolved, you can close a debt instead.
How to delete a debt
1 - Navigate to the debt schedule which contains the debt you wish to delete.
2 - Click on the three dots next to the debt you want to delete.
3 - Click on Delete debt.
4 - Client Voices will present you with a message asking if you're sure you want to delete the debt. If you're sure, click the Delete debt button.
