There’s almost no experience in budgeting as universal as clients not showing up for their appointment. It happens everywhere, all the time.

 

In Client Voices, you can record your No-shows. This is especially important to record for you MSD Accountability Report.

 

To log a no-show, click No-Shows in the navigation menu at the top of the screen.

 

 

 

Next, click the Add no show button.

 

 

 

 

This will open a small form asking for the client’s First name and Last name. These details are optional, but it’s useful to record if you know the client’s name.

 

The Date of appointment defaults to today’s date. Click the field to change it if you need to.

 

Then click the Save button.

 

 

 

And that’s all done!
