Add a client goal for the Goal Check In

The Goal Check In is a way for your client to rate, from 0 to 10, their progress toward achieving their goal. To do this, your client needs to first set a goal, which you will enter into Client Voices.

 

 

Add a goal

 

1 - Navigate to the record of the client you wish to set a goal for.


2 - Click on Goals in the side navigation. 



 

3 - Click the + New goal button. 

 


 

4 - Write the goal our in the Client goal field. You are encouraged to write SMART goals.


5 - Check one or more Key financial capability targets that apply. Then click the Save button.




The goal has now been set. The Goal status in the side navigation has changed from No goal set to Goal set




You can have up to three goals at one time.
