The information that goes into Client Voices belongs to your client. You need to be clear about why you’re collecting the information and what it may be used for.
The best way to do this to give your client a privacy notice to agree to. If your organisation already has a standard privacy notice for clients, that’s excellent. Otherwise, you can download FinCap’s Template Privacy Notice.
This template provides the wording you need, and you just need to replace the [xxxxx] with your organisation’s information. Feel free to use this template outright, or edit further to suit your organisation’s needs.
