Export a CSV of all Client Voices data

As a manager, you can export all the data from Client Voices.

This is useful if you have someone familiar with Excel, or with data analysis skills. The data can be used to learn deep insights about your clients and the work of your financial mentors.

1 - Click on your name in the main navigation.

2 - Click on the name of your service.

3 - Click on the Export all service data (.csv) button.

4 - A progress bar will show that the data is being packaged.

5 - Click on the Download button to download the data.

6 - The data will be a series of Excel spreadsheets in a zip file.
