Note: You muct have the Can Mange permission level assigned to you before you can access reports.

 

You can get to the Reports page by clicking the Reports tab in the navigation menu

 

 

 

Once on the Reports page, you will see a Starts on and Ends on field where you need to set the date range of your report.

 

 

There are two kinds of reports in Client Voices:

 

  1. An onscreen report which displays all insights for a date range
  2. A CSV export of all data inputted by your service for a date range.

 

To generate the onscreen report, simply click the Generate button. Otherwise, click the CSV Export button to export the report data in a CSV.

MSD Accountability Measures

 

These are measures produced for your MSD Accountability Report. 

 

Note: MSD does not have access to this data. This section exists to support services funded by MSD to produce accountability measures.

Overall number of sessions

The total number of face to face financial mentoring and MoneyMates sessions logged for client cases open during the reporting period.

Number of new clients referred

The total number of new client cases created and no shows during the reporting period.

 

 

Number of new client cases

Number of cases closed

Client cases where the client had better control of debt

  1. Counts the number of closed clients who have at lease two Client Check-Ins completed (a baseline and a final).
  2. Of those clients, Client Voices counts the number whose final check-in score is higher than the baseline scores.

 

For example, if the client answered 5 on the baseline, and 6 or higher on the final, Client Voices will add 1 to this measure.

Client cases where the client could better meet needs & obligations

  1. Counts the number of closed clients who have at lease two Client Check-Ins completed (a baseline and a final).
  2. Of those clients, Client Voices counts the number whose final check-in score is higher than the baseline scores.

 

For example, if the client answered 5 on the baseline, and 6 or higher on the final, Client Voices will add 1 to this measure.

Client cases where the client had a better ability to meet goals

  1. Counts the number of closed clients who have at lease two Client Check-Ins completed (a baseline and a final).
  2. Of those clients, Client Voices counts the number whose final check-in score is higher than the baseline scores.

 

For example, if the client answered 5 on the baseline, and 6 or higher on the final, Client Voices will add 1 to this measure.

Client cases where the client had greater confidence

  1. Counts the number of closed clients who have at lease two Client Check-Ins completed (a baseline and a final).
  2. Of those clients, Client Voices counts the number whose final check-in score is higher than the baseline scores.

 

For example, if the client answered 5 on the baseline, and 6 or higher on the final, Client Voices will add 1 to this measure.

Client cases where the client have satisfaction feedback

This is the number of closed client cases with a completed evaluation.

 

Client Voices gets this number by counting the number of closed client cases that have a completed evaluation.

Client cases where the client was very satisfied

  1. Counts the number of closed clients who have at lease two Client Check-Ins completed (a baseline and a final).
  2. Of those clients, Client Voices adds up the total score from these three questions on the final check-in.
  3. Then divides that total by 3.
  4. If the result is 7 or higher, Client Voices adds 1 to this measure.

  • ·       Of the clients who closed, the number who reported being better able to meet their families or whanau basic needs and obligations.
  • ·       Of the clients who closed, the number with most of their goals achieved, or evidence of the ability to achieve their goals without further support.
  • ·       Of the clients who closed, the number who reported having greater confidence and capability.
