Edit an old session

Making changes to older session can break data continuity. We recommend you avoid making changes to any session which is not the latest session.

Client Voices locks sessions created before today’s date. This is to prevent you accidentally changing an old session when you should instead create a new one.

1 - Navigate to the session you wish to edit. The session will be mostly locked to any changes.

2 - Click on the Edit button to unlock the session so you can make changes.

You can now make changes to the session.
