When you log in to Client Voices 2 for the first time, you will need to use your old Client Voices credentials (username and password) to get in. But because Client Voices 2 requires Client Voices 1 (old version) and Client Voices 2 (new version) have different login requirements.


Client Voices asks for:

  • Username
  • Password


While Client Voices 2 asks for:

  • Email
  • Password


Because your user account is being transferred from CV1 to CV2, you need to first login using CV1 credentials, then update your login details to match CV2 credentials.


When you first go to www.pilot.clientvoices.co.nz you’ll see the login screen below.



Because you don’t yet have an email address linked to your Client Voices account, you’ll need to click the link in the message where it says “Having trouble signing in? Click here to use your old Client Voices login details to sign in and set up your account”.



This will take you to a new login page where you’ll be asked to login using your CV1 username and

password.
