Add attendees to a Community Education course

Once you have created a course, you can add attendees to your course.


1 - Navigate to the Community Education page.




2 - Find the course you wish to add attendees to.




3 - Click on the Course name link.




4 - You can add an existing client as an attendee, or you can add a new person who isn't a client yet. We will look at both methods.




5 - If your attendee is already a client, click on the Add existing client button.




6 - Type the name of your client in the new field that appears. Click on the client's name when it appears in the suggestions.




7 - The existing client now appears as an attendee for this course.




8 - To add a new person who isn't a client, click on the Add new client button.




9 - Complete the Add new client form, paying careful attention to the *Required fields.




10 - Click on the Save button.




11 - Your new client now appears as an attendee.
